VitalityLife partners with Swiss Re for claims technology

VitalityLife has partnered with Swiss Re’s PromiseXP, deploying the claims assessment technology across its term and whole of life (WoL) business.

This new technology will support how the insurer tackles claims triage, assessing the complexity and risk profile of each claim from the outset, and helping route claims through the most appropriate assessment pathway.

Claims assessors will continue to play a key role in all reviews and decisions, with more capacity allocated to claims requiring more detailed assessment.

Having paid 99.4% of all life insurance claims in 2025, the introduction of PromiseXP will help ensure VitalityLife can continue delivering the high standards of service that members and advisers expect.
