US firm buys Toronto’s Intelligo Partners to deepen Canadian footprint
“Intelligo is an outstanding addition to F2,” said Beach, CEO of F2. “Canada represents one of the most important growth markets for our business, and organizations across the region are investing in the platforms and capabilities needed to support the next generation of asset and wealth management. Intelligo brings deep implementation expertise, trusted client relationships and a founder-led culture that closely aligns with our own.”
Canada deal follows Meradia purchase
The Intelligo purchase comes on the heels of F2’s acquisition of Meradia earlier this year.
F2 argues that as investment firms move past early-stage AI pilots and toward broader transformation efforts, they require partners capable of overhauling core investment infrastructure while connecting high-level strategy with execution in increasingly intricate tech environments.
F2 says combining Meradia’s existing footprint with Intelligo’s implementation know-how gives it stronger local ties and delivery capacity to support Canadian financial institutions through wide-ranging technology projects.
Hong, managing partner at Intelligo Partners, said the deal opens new doors for his team and clients alike.
