Tradeweb Markets Posts Strong Q2 2026 Results, Driven by Record Volumes and International Growth | LeapRate

Tradeweb Markets Inc. (Nasdaq: TW) announced its financial results for the second quarter of 2026, reporting continued growth across its global electronic trading platform.

The company posted quarterly revenues of $558.9 million, up 9.0 percent from the prior year period, or 8.3 percent on a constant currency basis. International revenues climbed 13.9 percent to $245.1 million, reflecting accelerating demand outside the United States.

Average daily volume reached $3.0 trillion for the quarter, an increase of 18.2 percent year over year. Tradeweb recorded quarterly ADV highs in rates futures, fully electronic U.S. high yield credit, convertibles, swaps, options, and repurchase agreements.

Net income rose 17.8 percent to $206.7 million, while adjusted net income increased 10.7 percent to $228.1 million. Adjusted EBITDA margin held steady at 54.4 percent, with adjusted EBITDA of $304.1 million. Diluted earnings per share came in at $0.85, with adjusted diluted EPS of $0.97.

The board declared a quarterly dividend of $0.14 per share, a 16.7 percent increase from a year earlier.

CEO Billy Hult credited the results to the platform’s diversification and resilience, noting strong volume growth despite more normalized volatility compared to the first quarter. He highlighted international revenue acceleration and rising client adoption of Tradeweb AiEX automation tools.

Hult also pointed to product innovation, including the launch of TARA, a generative AI research assistant for institutional credit trading, new spread trading capabilities for European credit portfolios, and expanded partnerships with Kalshi and the Canton Network in digital assets.

Tradeweb maintained its full-year 2026 guidance, projecting adjusted expenses between $1,100 million and $1,160 million.
