Indiabulls Share Price Today: Shares of Indiabulls ended higher on Friday, after the diversified commercial services provider reported strong first quarter results for the financial year 2026-27.

Indiabulls stock closed 4.25% higher at Rs 30.67 per share on BSE with a market capitalisation of Rs 7,144.71 crore on Friday, July 24. The stock had touched an intraday high mark of Rs 30.89 per share and an intraday low mark of Rs 28.01 per share.

Indiabulls Q1 Result

The company reported a net consolidated profit of Rs 142.99 crore in Q1FY27, against a consolidated net profit of Rs 1.81 crore in the same quarter in the previous financial year. Indiabulls revenue from operations surged by Rs 359.45 crore during the quarter under review. The company reported a net revenue of Rs 91.61 crore in the restated quarter ended in June.

Its total income surged to Rs 384.42 crore in Q1FY27 from Rs 103.22 crore reported in the first quarter of the financial year 2025-26. The company’s total income increased to Rs 384.42 crore in Q1FY27. Its profit after tax (PAT) margin stood at 36.7 percent in the June quarter. It also said it has strong order book and a pipeline of projects worth Rs 8014 crore in FY27.

The company’s board had earlier approved preferential issue of up to 51.55 crore warrants convertible into equity shares. It aggregated up to Rs 1,000.07 crore, at an issue price of Rs 19.4 per warrant. The warrant issue proposal was approved by the shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting held on July 2, 2026.

The stock closed 4.25% higher at Rs 30.67 per share on BSE with a market capitalisation of Rs 7,144.71 crore on Friday, July 24. The stock has a return on equity (ROE) of -0.21%. The stock touched its 52-week high mark of Rs 32.50 per share on July 14, 2026. The stock dipped to its 52-week low mark of Rs 8.93 per share on February 2, 2026.

The stock surged 80.6% year to date (YTD), ie since 2026 so far. The stock has surged close to 107% in one year, and around 232%.
