EXCL: Kendall Jenner’s Super Bowl Ad Mansion Sells for $29 Million
The extraordinary megamansion where Kendall Jenner filmed her iconic Super Bowl campaign has sold for a significant discount, nearly one year after it hit the market for $38 million.
Jenner, 30, shot the opulent property into the spotlight in February of this year, when it served as the backdrop for a satirical Fanatic Sportsbook ad campaign in which she mercilessly mocked her basketball player exes, including Phoenix Suns player Devin Booker and L.A. Clippers alum Blake Griffin.
The campaign video showed the model strutting through the Brentwood home, in which pictures of her former partners adorned the walls—albeit with their faces torn out.
While it’s not known exactly when Jenner filmed the ad, the property that starred alongside her had been on the market for six months by the time the finished result aired in full during the Super Bowl matchup between the Seattle Seahawks and the New England Patriots.
It was originally listed in August 2025 for $38 million, but underwent a significant price cut days before the Super Bowl took place, which saw the ask dropped to $34.99 million. Now, Realtor.com® can reveal that the extraordinary dwelling has officially sold—with the final price listed at $29 million.
Located in the prestigious Brentwood neighborhood, Jenner joked in the ad that she could never afford the mansion through modeling alone—before suggesting that she had been fiendishly ruining the careers of her exes in order to earn money through sports betting.
“While the world has been talking about my dating life, I’ve been betting on it,” Jenner said to the camera. “How else do you think I could afford all of this? Modeling?”
Called “The Outlook,” the remarkable dwelling is situated privately on a hilltop at the end of a cul-de-sac, with gorgeous views of the Brentwood neighborhood that gave the home its name. The abode features top-of-the-line amenities, luxurious craftsmanship, and unique features that many Jenner fans online would immediately recognize.
One of the most famous elements is the astonishing “edgeless pool,” where Jenner could be seen happily floating in the ad. The pool is located at the very edge of the 0.73-acre lot, creating the impression that the water is running over the hillside.
“Here, you don’t just see the city you rise above it,” the listing description stated.
With nine bedrooms and 12 full bathrooms, the property offers ample living spaces perfect for gatherings and entertaining. The primary living area features floor-to-ceiling glass windows that open onto a spacious backyard.
From the living area, owners can easily access the pool and patio, relaxing while taking in the breathtaking views. The stunning scenery can be taken in throughout the home, including the master bedroom that offers its own private terrace.
The primary bedroom is where Jenner could be seen slinging mocking barbs at her former partners, with the Getty Center looming in the background.
Additionally, the suite features a spacious walk-in closet and dressing room, as well as a vast en suite bathroom complete with retractable glass walls, a freestanding tub, and a spectacular outlook.
The home also features an open kitchen that flows into an adjoining family area. The kitchen also has a walk-in pantry, butler’s kitchen, and a commercial-grade fridge.
The main level also has formal living and dining areas and a private office.

The Outlook is also just a 30-minute drive away from Jenner’s own Spanish-style Beverly Hills home. Jenner purchased the property for $8.55 million in 2017 and has since executed extensive renovations on the mansion.
Jenner also recently purchased a parcel of mountain land in a “top secret” location in Wyoming, where she built her dream sanctuary to get away from the hustle-and-bustle of Los Angeles.
“I love my space in L.A., but I also really love the simple life,” Jenner told Architectural Digest during a tour of the home in 2025. “ I like getting up every morning and throwing on a bathing suit or sweatpants and no makeup and just being free with my day.”
Amid the mansion’s sale, Jenner’s love life has once again been thrust back into the headlines thanks to reports that she is currently embroiled in a romance with “Wuthering Heights” actor Jacob Elordi.
The two have been spotted together at locations across the U.S., as well as on vacations in Japan and Australia—where Elorid is originally from.
While neither Jenner or Elordi have publicly commented on their rumored relationship, an insider recently told ELLE that the model has fallen “in love” with the actor.
“Kendall has been telling her closest friends that she’s in love with Jacob,” the insider claimed. “She feels like Jacob is everything she’s been looking for, and the past few months have felt like something out of a movie. She’s happier than she’s been in a long time. He brings out a side of her that even surprises her.”
Meanwhile, Jenner’s younger sister, Kylie Jenner, 28, is reported to have been highly supportive and hopeful for the relationship.
“Kylie is thrilled to see Kendall like this, and she’s really hoping it lasts,” the insider added.
