Kreischer Miller is a full-service accounting and advisory firm serving clients in the Greater Philadelphia and Lehigh Valley areas. It is an Accounting Today Mid-Atlantic Regional Leader with $59.6 million in revenue. The deal adds 22 partners and roughly 220 staff to Ascend’s platform.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

We are excited to preserve all that is special about KM, while working together to make the most of its opportunities.”
Ascend, based in Arlington, Virginia, is a platform launched in January 2023 by private equity firm Alpine Partners. It acquires accounting firms with between $15 million and $50 million in revenue. It ranked No. 24 on Accounting Today‘s 2026
