ABB India Dividend Details
For existing shareholders, the key is holding the stock before the eventual ex-dividend/record date to qualify for both the Rs 9 interim dividend and the Rs 90 special dividend. Anyone buying the stock on or after the record date will not be eligible for either payout.
As of now, ABB India’s regulatory filings indicate the board considered the interim dividend and the fixation of the record date at its July 31, 2026 meeting, but the exact record date for this specific Rs 90 special dividend has not been announced yet.
Previously the company has provided payouts in the range of Rs 10-35 per share on a semi-annual basis, excluding last quarter’s outsized Rs 29.59 final dividend tied to FY2025 performance.
