Law Firm McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce Names Three New Partners

McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce LLP announced the promotion of Laura Coughlin, Esq., Harold L. Kofman, Esq., and Dane Exnowski, Esq. to Partner, effective July 1.

These promotions mark another step in the continued development of the Roswell, Georgia firm’s leadership and the depth of experience we bring to our clients.

Here’s more about the promotions:

Laura Coughlin, Partner, Compliance – West Coast, oversees regulatory and operational compliance across the firm’s West Coast foreclosure practice and brings more than a decade of experience in foreclosure, litigation, bankruptcy, and appellate matters.

Harold L. Kofman, Partner, Northeast Litigation – New York and New Jersey, brings more than 30 years of experience and focuses on complex litigation matters, including lender liability defense and consumer protection litigation.

Dane Exnowski, Partner, Bankruptcy, advises on creditors’ rights and complex bankruptcy proceedings in the firm’s Bankruptcy department.
