Bucks BS lowers rates on resi and specialist lending products – Mortgage Strategy

Buckinghamshire Building Society has made rate reductions across its residential and specialist lending ranges.

Cuts have been made to the society’s residential, impaired credit and buy-to-let products, with lower rates now available for customers with higher levels of equity.

Everyday residential discounted products have been lowered by 40 basis points, with rates now available from 4.89% up to 70% loan-to-value (LTV) and 4.99% up to 80% LTV.

Buckinghamshire Building Society has also lowered rates across its specialist lending ranges for borrowers with impaired credit, Credit Revive and Credit Restore.

A number of limited company BTL and limited company holiday let products have also been repriced, including options available to expat landlords.

Portfolio BTL and expat portfolio BTL fixed rates have both been reduced by 20 basis points.

Buckinghamshire Building Society head of mortgages sales Claire Askham says: “These latest reductions enhance our proposition for borrowers with lower loan-to-value requirements while continuing to support borrowers with more complex or individual circumstances.”
