- A-Comm Technologies Inc. said its draft A-Comm Evidence Protocol for agentic commerce is available for public comment through Aug. 14. The protocol supports a record of evidence to establish the validity of AI-initiated consumer transactions.
- Software-testing platform Testlio said of all the high- to medium-severity software issues reported in its 2026 Software Quality Report 22% were payment failures.
- Nuvion, a provider of banking and cross-border payments services, said it will work with digital-wallet technology firm Turnkey to offer stablecoin and embedded-wallet services to global businesses.
- Weave, a billing and payments provider specializing in medical practices, announced an integration with technology provider Elation Health to reduce manual data entry for clinics.
- StubHub, a ticketing processor for live events, has been named the Official Open Distribution Partner of the American Conference, including the college conference’s championship events, through June 2029. Some 15 colleges and universities are members of the conference.
- Expensify Inc., an expense management platform, launched the Expensify Card, a Visa-branded commercial card for clients in the United Kingdom, Spain, Ireland, Poland, and the Netherlands.
- SpryPoint Services Inc. named Kevin Gallagher vice president of payments at the public utilities management platform. Gallagher most recently was an executive at EverCommerce, a software-as-a-service platform.
- Financial-services provider Exodus Movement Inc. announced a 25% reduction in staff as it focuses on building its business in card issuance and payments processing for digital assets. Exodus in May acquired crypto processing and card-issuing platforms Monavate and Baanx in a deal valued at $76.3 million.
